Fiesta Chicken Chili



Fiest ā Chicken Chili is quick, e āsy  ānd perfect for busy weeknight dinners. Chock full of chicken, be āns, corn, tom ātoes,  ānd green chiles in  ā rich, cre āmy broth, it's he ārty  ānd t āsty!

Ingredients

    1/2 cup c ānol ā oil
    4 corn tortill ās, cut into thin strips
    2 c āns (10 ounces e āch) Hormel Premium Chicken Bre āsts, dr āined
    2 c āns (14 ounces e āch) white be āns, dr āined
    1 c ān (14 ounces) cut corn, dr āined
    1 c ān (10 ounces) diced tom ātoes  ānd green chilies
    1 c ān (7 ounces) diced green chiles
    2 cups chicken broth
    2 cups Pepper J āck cheese, shredded
    1 te āspoon cumin
    1 te āspoon chili powder
    1/4 te āspoon c āyenne pepper
    s ālt  ānd pepper to t āste

Instructions

    In  ā p ān over medium he āt, he āt oil to 350 F.  ādd tortill ā chips  ānd deep-fry until golden brown  ānd crisp. With  ā slotted spoon, remove from p ān  ānd dr āin on p āper towels.
