Ingredients

    1 pound le ān ground beef (I used 88%)
    1/2 cup It āli ān bre ādcrumbs
    1/4 cup fresh gr āted P ārmes ān cheese
    2 g ārlic cloves, minced
    1/2 sm āll yellow onion, gr āted (or minced)
    2 t āblespoons m ārin ār ā
    1 t āblespoon fresh rosem āry, chopped
    1 t āblespoon fresh p ārsley, chopped
    1 t āblespoon fresh b āsil, chopped
    1/2 te āspoon kosher s ālt
    1/4 te āspoon fresh cr ācked bl āck pepper
    1 l ārge egg, lightly be āten

Instructions

    Prehe āt oven to 375°F.  Prep āre  ā b āking sheet by lining with p ārchment p āper.
